The Referenz LS-603 with its 6-fold multicore design has remarkable electrical and acoustic characteristics. The in-akustik DUO PE II insulation uses foamed polyethylene to reduce the capacitance load on cables. This serves to give music reproduction greater brilliance and spatiality.

This results in a more precise and powerful sound reproduction. The high-speed waveguide uses a polyethylene core to minimize the skin effect.
