3. Payment methods
The following payment methods are available in our store:
PayPal
PayPal is a service of the third-party provider, PayPal Europe S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. ("PayPal), which enables you to pay for your order in our online store, conveniently, securely and without additional fees via your PayPal account.
This service is subject to the terms of use set out by PayPal, which are available on the PayPal website at https://www.paypal.com
You can pay with PayPal by clicking on the "Direct to PayPal" (PayPal Express) button in your shopping cart. You will then be taken directly to your PayPal account. As soon as you have authenticated yourself with PayPal and confirmed the payment instruction in your PayPal account and selected a payment method and a delivery address, you will be redirected back to our website to complete your order. It is then no longer necessary to re-enter your personal data in the in-akustik store, the necessary address and payment data will be securely transmitted to us via PayPal.
Please note that when selecting an address in your PayPal account, it must have the same delivery country as the one on the shopping cart page in the in-akustik online store.
Shipping to packing stations is not possible when paying via PayPal.
You can cancel the address selection and payment in your PayPal account at any time and return to the in-akustik online store.
As an alternative to "PayPal Express", you can select "PayPal" as the payment method in the order process and enter your data with delivery and billing address in our checkout.

Pay PayPal later
With PayPal installment payments you conclude an installment contract with PayPal. PayPal installment payments are possible from an order value of €99 up to a maximum of €5,000.
With PayPal payment in 30 days, PayPal grants you a one-time payment deferral of 30 days under certain conditions. PayPal payment within 30 days is possible from an order value of €1 up to a maximum of €1,000.
To use one of the two "Pay later" options, please select PayPal as the payment method in the checkout and log in to your PayPal customer account. Check here that the PayPal option you want is available for selection. Select this in the next step, submit the application and confirm your details. You then agree to the credit check and accept the agreement. Finally you make a binding application for your chosen PayPal installment payment or payment in 30 days and then confirm your purchase with in-akustik. The final check and approval of your installment contract or payment deferral is then the responsibility of PayPal. in-akustik has no influence on whether the contract between you and PayPal comes into effect. If you have any questions about the "Pay later" options, please contact PayPal customer service directly on 0800-723 4721 from Monday to Saturday between 9:00 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. The contractual relationship between you and in-akustik is unaffected by this.
Credit card payment
WWe accept VISA Card, Mastercard, Diners Club International and American Express. The credit card account is debited when the order is placed. The credit card information is of course transmitted encrypted with SSL and treated in strict confidence so that your data does not fall into, "the wrong hands".
Note on the card verification number: To increase security, all European credit cards from VISA, Mastercard and Diners Club International have a card verification number on the back in the signature field, possibly behind the card number listed again here.
The three verification numbers are used to verify the customer that wants to order via eCommerce or telephone. As the number is only printed on the card and does not appear on payment receipts, the credit card organizations assume that the card is physically available to the customer and that no misused card numbers are therefore given by third parties when the order is placed. Without this card verification number, your direct debit authorization is not valid.
Giropay
If you select this payment method, you will be redirected to the online banking of your bank or savings bank. You log in as usual with your access data here. After successfully logging in, you will automatically be shown a bank transfer containing all the details of your purchase: Invoice amount, reason for payment and our bank details. To make the transfer, you now only need to enter a TAN. For your security you will then receive confirmation of the successful payment immediately. At the same time we will receive a payment guarantee from your bank or savings bank.
Klarna Pay Later
With Klarna Pay Later we offer you the option of making your purchases now and paying later. You receive the goods first and can pay conveniently within a specified period. Please note that this depends on Klarna and their terms of use apply.
Instant bank transfer (Klarna)
"Sofort" (instant) is the direct bank transfer procedure of Sofort GmbH - a Klarna Group Company. If your bank supports this service, you will immediately be provided the transfer interface when paying. All data has already been entered and we will receive the transfer credit immediately. This speeds up the entire ordering process. All you need is your account number, sort code, PIN and TAN. Using the secure payment form from Sofort GmbH, which is not accessible to dealers, this payment service automatically makes a transfer to your online bank account in real time. The purchase amount will be transferred immediately and directly to our account.
EPS (especially for Austria)
If you select the "EPS" option with Stripe and your bank supports this service, you will be redirected to your bank's website to complete your order. Here you can enter your online banking access data and then initiate the payment directly in the protected online banking dialog.
