Group 1: The two gray sockets are directly and permanently connected to the mains supply. Group 2: The six black sockets can be disconnected from the mains supply via a switch. The additional mains filter makes this group particularly suitable for source devices such as CD players, preamplifiers, phono preamplifiers and other precision electronics.
